Don't you just wanna hug it?
After getting the BootBus painted, the next steps are:
- putting the backseat back in
- making up and slapping on some "BootBus.com" logos
- procuring a sound system (anyone care to donate an XM radio subscription?)
- webbing us up via some wireless Internet
- getting sponsors and advertisers: want to get in front of a few million, highly motivated travel folks?
In the meantime, we're already putting the miles on the BootBus. She's appeared at the University of Oregon here in Eugene, and she's also soaked up California sunshine down in San Francisco and San Luis Obispo. We've even had our first breakdown (sniff, sniff). And the BootBus will be on the road even more, as we head around the U.S. to meet our members and other travelers. We can't wait, and we'll be seein' you!
